A little girl who survived an Israeli massacre in Gaza was found hanging from a tree, covered in blood and suffering severe injuries, after the attack.
With no one able to identify her or locate her family, a nurse took her in, named her Malak and gave her a date of birth, hoping to give a child who had lost her identity and family a new beginning.
